Jason Kik is a long-time member of the Grand Haven community and enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons, and dog Charlie.
After retirement from 30 years of service at the Ottawa County Sheriff’s office, Jason transitioned into a new role as a Realtor. Now, as the team leader of the Jason Kik Real Estate Group, he leverages his experience to guide and support his clients.
Jason is an excellent communicator and a trusted advisor who will be your advocate every step of the way, assisting buyers and sellers, whether it’s their first purchase or fifth. Committed to providing exceptional service, Jason is always happy to assist anyone in their real estate journey.

My name is Lee Sandoval and I have been in the Grand Haven area for about 23 years. Andrea, my wife of 24 years, and I have raised all of our four kids here. Three of the four are now adults and we have a 15-year-old son who still keeps us pretty busy traveling for soccer. I’m originally from Muskegon and am a diehard Muskegon Big Red fan. I’m an avid sports fan especially when my kids are playing. I enjoy the outdoors, music (especially jazz), and being socially active.
I’ve been with Home Realty for the past two and a half years and I am thoroughly excited to be joining the Jason Kik Real Estate Group. This will be my second career as I approach my 28 th year working for a local Sheriff’s Office. With retirement on the horizon, I felt a need to continue in a industry where I can continue to build connections with people. If I can do that helping someone with making life changing decisions like finding or selling a home, I felt it was an even better opportunity where I could make meaningful and lasting connections.

Luis Rios, originally from Mexicali, BC. Mexico. I have spent most of my professional career in the field of Engineering and Manufacturing. In 2008, I moved to West Michigan. Together with my wife, Saida, we have three children, two boys and one girl. Most of our free time is dedicated to our children's school and sports activities, as well as enjoying all the natural beauty that West Michigan has to offer.
